Yesterday, I blew the calorie limit. Yes, I know 1500 calories should give me some leeway. I blame it on the Preacher Cookies. I got bored and I ate them. Mmmm, they were good. On a good note though, I'm not feeling the need for chocolate right now. That means that it's easy for me to turn my nose up at it.
Now I'm trying again to hit the 1500 goal for today. I bought a few kinds of healthy cereals to eat also. The new heart health one form Kashi tastes like cardboard. I like a few of their other cereals, but this one is not so grand. I'm going to try adding some honey to it tomorrow. Hopefully that will help. As for today, I'm going to try chewing gum to see if that will help me pass the munching problems I have.
