Princess Castle Cake

A friend Facebooked me with a cake request for her sweet daughter. Here are the pictures. The cake used the Wilton Romantic Castle set, It's buttercream with gumpaste flowers. The turret tops and other purple decorations are made of royal icing that has been coated in sparkling sugar. The top layer is a white cake with an oreo filling and the bottom is chocolate cake with a chocolate filling.
