Officially, the muscles in my abdomin are no longer working at this time. It was confirmed this morning when I started doing my pilates tape. One of the first exercises required me to lay down and use my abs to come back to a sitting position. Needless ot say, they did not respond:)
However, the rest of the workout went pretty well. I'll keep you updated on the ab situation.
